Position Description

A healthcare services company in Indiana is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join the growing Home Health team in the Fort Wayne area.

About the Opportunity:

Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8am to 5pm
Patient Population: Adults & Geriatrics
Setting: Field
- Traveling from home to home (Allen, Whitley, and Kosciusko counties)
- Mileage reimbursement offered!

Responsibilities:

The Home Health Nurse (RN) will be responsible for coordinating with Physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure that they provide the patient with high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS certification

Desired Skills:

Home Health experience
Wound Care background
